Disney Funnel greenlights 'Zombies' pilot
Disney Funnel has greenlit an airplane pilot for musical program "Zombies and Cheerleaders," by having an eye toward a 2012 premiere when the cabler orders it to series. Eric Weinberg ("Scrubs") is professional creating the project, compiled by co- professional producers Frederick Raso and David Light. Todd Strauss Schulson will direct. "Zombies" informs the storyplot of Zed Necrodopolis, a higher-school student who is surely a zombie but is desirous of ingratiating themself using the popular cheerleading clique. Kid cabler has additionally made official another season of animated series "Seafood Hooks," having a premiere date of November. 4. In the newcomer year, "Seafood Hooks" grew to become TV's No. 2 animated series within the 6-11 and 9-14 demos, behind the cabler's "Phineas & Ferb."
Felicia Day, Wallace Shawn and Doug Brochu is going to be one of the visitors to look on season a couple of the show, produced by Noah Z. Johnson, who professional produces with Maxwell Atoms. Disney TV Animation produces.
