J.K. Rowling Almost Destroyed Hagrid, Too
It has been a number of days for 'Harry Potter' fans. Monday wasn't only the 30th anniversary in the dying of Harry's (imaginary) parents, but furthermore when author J.K. Rowling states she almost destroyed Ron Weasley prior to getting a large change of heart. That blood stream-lust almost extended to Rubeus Hagrid too. Say it ain't so, J.K.! It's so. Inside an interview round the Blu-ray relieve 'Harry Potter as well as the Deathly Hallows Part 2' with star Daniel Radcliffe, Rowling describes they loved the idea of Hagrid moving Harry in the beginning and finished in the story, a bookend that saved the gentle giant "safe." Per Rowling, your chosen bearded gameskeeper will be a "natural" option to be slain otherwise. Yikes! Round the switch side, Rowling would keep Remus Lupin alive, but recognized that throughout a great war, atrocities like new parents getting destroyed is often reality. Consequently, Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks were casualties inside the Fight of Hogwarts. Hashtag: tears. [via EW] [Photo: Warner Bros.] Follow Moviefone on Twitter Like Moviefone on Facebook RELATED
